Please be warmly invited to drop in for our Open House Music Marathon on Saturday March 21st,
anytime between 11am and 5pm. There is enough room to wander about, listen to a bit of music for however little or much you want, enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine, have some cake or a hearty soup. This is a fundraiser for Oxfam and Tim’s London Marathon efforts…

The musical line up you will be treated to we expect to be:

Between 11am and 1pm:
The Derby Piano Quartet in our new ALL GIRLS formation, with Gill Bithel and me, the old faithfuls,
being joined by Jane Ford who you may have heard in our Cathedral gig last year, and Carolin Hlusiak.
with a variety of piano music for 8 hands, duets, solos and more…
1 pm:
Tenor Richard Roddis and Soprano Gillian von Fragstein, followed by
Baritone Dana de Waal the wonder-voice from South Africa with some Italian Arias, and more piano (with me)
2.15 pm:
Clarinettist Peter Glenville with his sensous sounds, from Brahms to suprises…
Folk Fiddler Tim, the host, and drummer Ben Wyke will get your foot tapping with their jigs and reels…
3.30 pm:
a young Trent piano trio, and Emily Henderson on cello
4.00 pm:
Sarah Huson, Clair Stanley and me as the Mercian Piano Trio (violin, cello, piano) will finish off the day
